Hi, guys, we are back with “Recommend Me Books” again. One of the genres I love and never cease to put a smile on my face and always leave me with a smile on my face days after I finish reading the books is a romantic comedy genre. I love the books that made me laugh out loud, to the point that I don’t even care what people might think of me. I enjoy the books that have great rumors in it. I’ve read a bunch of books with this theme but couldn’t remember all the titles but the ones that have stayed with me and I highly recommend are:
If you want to know my favorites, please check this list. I routinely update it whenever I finish a book I love and highly recommend. Check out the previous posts if you haven’t yet.
- Romantic Suspense,
- Romantic Comedy,
- Adult Paranormal/Urban Fantasy
- Young Adult Paranormal/Urban Fantasy,
- High/Epic Fantasy
Now is your turn. What are your favorites? 😀
Lexxie at (Un)Conventional Bookviews: There are some authors here I need to check out… I really had a lot of fun with the Cafe series by Jana Aston. More or less everything written by Eve Langlais. The Reluctant Reaper series by Gina X Grant. Shelby Nichols series by Colleen Helme. My list is somehow shorter for romantic comedies than for suspense. 😉
Kristin at Addicted To HEA: I might be the only one who liked it but I laughed crazy like a loon during Rachel van Dyken’s “Consequences” series. The first ones are definitely the funniest.
Maureen at Maureen’s Books: My favorite is Level Up by Cathy Yardley. I read that book in January of 2016 and really loved it.
Di at Book Reviews by Di: For this recommendation, I really enjoyed Janet Evanovich’s Full series with Charlotte Hughes.
Kristin at Book Sniffers Anonymous: I loved Sustained by Emma Chase. Not sure if you’ve read that book by her or not but it had me laughing out loud on more than one occasion.
Renee at Addicted To Romance: Some of my more recent favorites have been: Rock Hard by Nalini Singh, Love At Stake series by Kerrelyn Sparks, Argeneau series by Lynsay Sands (more specifically the earlier books are hilarious), Night Prince series by Jeaniene Frost, The Bridgertons by Julia Quinn, If I had You by Lynn Kurland, The Pirate Lord by Sabrina Jeffries, Charming The Highlander by Janet Chapman—-just to name a few. 🙂
Christy at Christy’s Love Of Books: Hell yeah, comedy is my jam! lol. A book earns major points if it makes me laugh. Clayton & Chase are pros at it. In addition to those, Some that made me laugh are Garden of Small Beginnings, the entire Charlie Davidson series (hilarious!), Must Love Otters, & The Hating Game (a favorite).
Vik at Kris & Vik Book Therapy Cafe: Darynda Jones’s Charley Davidson series was hilarious. Tara Sivec’s stuff, Spelled by Betsy Schow, Stacey Rourke’s The Legends Saga, A Neighbor from Hell series by RL Mathewson.
Heidi at Rainy Day Ramblings: Awesome post. I am totally with Christy. Garden of Small Beginnings is my fav of the year so far. I also loved Hating Game. An older but a goodie is Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie. I need to go look some of these up. Thanks for all the recommendations, ladies.
