Recommend Me Books Forbidden Romance

Are you a fan of Forbidden Romance? This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite tropes. I thank The Slammed and Thoughtless series for introducing me to this romance. The angsts, although they drive me crazy at times, are so addictive and captivating, making me unable to put the books down.

Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma

Nereyda of Infinite BooklistThe Georgina Kinkaid series by Richelle Mead is my all time favorite. She’s a succubus and he’s a human so not only can they not be together physically but she still has to sleep with other people to get their life energy, it’s in her contract with hell and that’s how she can keep living. Heaven and hell are literally keeping these two apart. It doesn’t get more forbidden than that.

Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead

Angie of Books And Beauty Are My Bag: My favorite forbidden romance, hands down, is Paradise by Judith McNaught. A reader just picking this up may find it to be a bit dated, but IMO, there is no one who compares to this author. And Matt and Meredith’s story is forever etched in my heart.

Paradise by Judith McNaught

Dragonfly’s Treasure Chest: Not sure if you want to add these… These may be TOO forbidden for your list [because they are real incest as in sibling, not step-siblings) but the Books were good!

Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma Flowers in the Attic by V.C. Andrews All the Ugly and Wonderful Things by Bryn Greenwood The Siren by Tiffany Reisz

I’m a fulltime reader who can’t live without books especially romance novels. In addition to books, I love animals, music, and dance shows. I hope you find your next read through my reviews and lists of recommendations. • Oh wow, awesome list!!! Thank you so much, my friend. Oh lots of books in this list I want to read. So curious. Thank you!!! ❤️😁

  6. Beware Of The Reader

You forgot the most heart wrenching one Geybie! Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma. Years after and I still think about it 😉

    • Yay, you’re right. I forgot!!! It was amazing and one of THE MOST forbidden one I’ve ever read. Thank you, Sophie. 😁❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  7. The Georgina Kinkaid series by Richelle Mead is my all time favorite. Shes a succubus and hes a human so not only can they not be together physically but she still has to sleep with other people to get their life energy, its in her contract with hell and thats how she can keep living. Heaven and hell are literally keeping these two apart nit doesnt get more forbidden that that.

    • Yay, thank you for the info. Oh, you make me extremely CURIOUS, Nereyda. What a poor couple. I’ll add it to the post. 😁❤️

  8. My favorite forbidden romance, hands down, is Paradise by Judith McNaught. A reader just picking this up may find it to be a bit dated, but IMO, there is no one who compares to this author. And Matt and Meredith’s story is forever etched onto my heart.

    Thanks for the recs! 🙂

  9. Drangonfly

    Great list Geybie!

Not sure if you want to add these… These may be TOO forbidden for your list [because they are real incest as in sibling not step-siblings) but the Books were good!

Forbidden by by Tabitha Suzuma [I see that “Beware Of The Reader” also suggested it 🙂 ]
Flowers in the Attic by V.C. Andrews

Another well written book but that I didn’t enjoy AT ALL was All the Ugly and Wonderful Things [because it was about a “love story” between a pedophile and a SEVEN years old girl!]

One that is AWESOME BUT I had issues with too [because of a relationship with an underage as well] is The Siren by Tiffany Reiz

    • Yay, thank you so much. Wow, great list. Yay for forbidden!! Need to check out the rest. They’re new to me. I’ll add them to the post. 😁❤️

  10. Forbidden romances, Tiffany Reisz is a queen here. I saw a few people recommended The Siren. I have to second that like a thousand times. It has a priest that is into BDSM among other things. Just a great series that starts with The Siren.

Skye Warren has some great forbidden series too. I would highly recommend Wanderlust, Stripped series and Dark Nights series.

Kitty Thomas has some great stories too, but she isn’t really romance. She labels herself as “Dark Literary Erotica” which is a great description. My favorite is a book called Comfort Food.
